• We are building a membership base throughout the Appalachian region.
• Based in Boone, North Carolina and incorporated as a non-profit corporation under the laws of North Carolina in October 2002.
• Currently an all-volunteer organization with no paid staff.
• IRS 501[c]3 status granted in December 2003.
